Shipping Policy
We want your order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship — and why we're committed to fast delivery clothing Pakistan.
Delivery Timeframes

Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across Pakistan. You pay in cash when the courier delivers your order — no advance payment required. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during business hours to receive and pay for the order.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number and courier details. Use this number to track your parcel directly on the courier's website. If you don't receive your tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, contact us at support@inkedwearpk.com.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Inked Wear PK is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses provided at the time of order. If you need to update your delivery address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +92 312 2031137 or at support@inkedwearpk.com. We will investigate with the courier and resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.

Where We Ship
We deliver to every city and town across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Bahawalpur, Sukkur, Mardan, Mingora, Gilgit, Skardu, and every smaller location served by major couriers. International shipping is available on request — email contact@inkedwearpk.com for a quote.
Delivery Times
Standard transit is 2–5 business days from dispatch. Approximate ranges by region:
- Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad / Rawalpindi: 2–3 business days
- Faisalabad, Multan, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Hyderabad, Peshawar: 2–4 business days
- Other cities and large towns: 3–5 business days
- Remote areas, Northern Pakistan, AJK: 4–7 business days (courier-dependent)
Orders placed before 5pm PKT on a working day usually dispatch the same day. Orders after 5pm dispatch the next working day.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the item, weight, and destination. Many categories include free shipping above an order threshold — the cart total will show the discount applied automatically. Cash on Delivery may carry a small handling charge depending on the courier; this is shown clearly at checkout, never as a hidden fee on delivery.
Payment On Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available on every order across Pakistan. You only pay the courier when they hand you the parcel — no advance payment required. We accept cash, and most of our courier partners now accept JazzCash and EasyPaisa at delivery as well.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an SMS and email with the courier name and tracking ID. You can either follow it on the courier website or message us at +92 312 2031137 for a live update.
Couriers We Use
We work with TCS, Leopards, M&P, BlueEX, and PostEx. The courier assigned to your order is chosen based on your destination and the fastest route — we don't lock you into a single carrier.
Order Issues
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, message us right away. We'll either chase the courier on your behalf, ship a replacement, or issue a refund — see our return policy for the full process.
Eid, Sale & Holiday Periods
During Eid drops, major sales, or public holiday clusters, dispatch may be 1–2 days slower than usual due to courier load. We post live updates on social and at the top of the homepage during these periods so there are no surprises.
